Service Agreement
By scheduling service with GrowthAutomations Climate Systems, you agree to these terms. We provide HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in the Greater Phoenix area.
Scheduling & Access
- An adult (18+) must be present during all service visits
- Please ensure clear access to HVAC equipment
- We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations
- Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee
Pricing & Payment
- Diagnostic fees are disclosed before service begins
- All repair costs are presented for approval before work starts
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and financing (where applicable)
Warranties
- Repairs carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty
- New installations include manufacturer warranties plus our labor warranty
- Warranties are void if equipment is modified by others
- Comfort Plan members receive extended warranty benefits
Limitation of Liability
GrowthAutomations Climate Systems liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties.
Emergency Services
24/7 emergency service is available for no-cool and no-heat situations. Emergency rates apply outside standard business hours as disclosed at time of scheduling.
